Individual Guidance on Higher Education and Career Choices

At the GSN, any interested student is counselled individually in this area. The aim of such discussions is to develop a sustainable and forward-thinking perspective.

Answering the following questions are the first step of such individual guidance:

  • What are my particular talents?
  • What are my strengths?
  • But also: What can I not do at all?
  • Or: Where do I need to put in more effort?

The second step is to find (together with the Careers advisor) the optimal path to a career.  The two steps are closely connected to the first 2 pillars of our Higher Education and Careers Guidance Concept, as mentioned at the beginning of this document: providing our students with practical experience, as well as giving them information and careers guidance through various events.
