Date 04/07/2013

Dear Parents, Coaches and Players,

This Saturday, July 6, will be the last training for the current season.

We hope to see as many of you as possible for a more light-hearted session, and invite parents to bring their football boots and take part in the final games! It is also a last chance to pay any outstanding fees.

Many of our players will be away on vacation, so the new season will resume with training on Aug. 31. We already have plans to play matches against the French School in September, and hopefully to play a set of games outside Nairobi. The International School of Kenya also usually holds a tournament late in the year.

September 1 is the key date for our various age groups, so many players will be moving to a higher bracket. For example, anyone aged 9 or 10 on that date will be in the U11 group. This will create new challenges and stimulus for all the players, and we are sure they will quickly settle into the adjusted groups. It will also leave us with a much stronger U13 cadre and maybe enough players for two U11 teams.

The committee is pleased with how the first two seasons have gone, and looks forward to building on this good start in the months to come. Thank you all for your support so far, and please remember your feedback on the program is always welcome.

For the committee:

Stephen Graham (, 0706 693 421)
